Cancellation Policy

VIP Membership Booking Policy: At Luxe Thai Massage, we strive to maintain the integrity and exclusivity of our VIP memberships. We ask that all customers respect the membership policies outlined below: Booking Restrictions: Customers are not permitted to book services at the VIP Lotus Membership, VIP Nirvana Membership, or VIP Unity Membership prices unless they are currently an active and paid member of the respective membership and in good standing for the time booked. Consequences of Violation: If a customer books under the VIP Lotus Membership, VIP Nirvana Membership, or VIP Unity Membership pricing without being an active and paid member in good standing for time booked with Luxe Thai Massage (meaning the membership fee for the current month has been paid and is in good standing), the following action will be taken: The booking will be canceled by Luxe Thai Massage, and a 50% cancellation fee of the service booked will be charged. NO EXCEPTIONS. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining the exclusive benefits of our VIP memberships. **Cancellation, No-Show, & Arrival Policy:** At our luxury Thai massage shop, ensuring a seamless experience for every client is paramount. We've established the following policies to maintain tranquility: - Cancellation/Rescheduling in advance of 24 hrs prior: Payment refunded or transferred. - Within 24 hrs: 50% refund. - No-Show: No refund will be issued. We recommend arriving 15 mins early to complete necessary forms, ensuring your treatment starts promptly. Your late arrival will shorten your massage time, as we cannot expect our other clients to be inconvenienced due to tardiness. To secure appointments, we require a credit card, promoting efficient scheduling. Refunds adhere to the policy outlined. If queries arise, our reception team is here to assist.
